A clear understanding of the meaning of Wasatiyah is very important, especially in a world that is faced with various ideological views and technological advances. The matter was included in the 5th Nadwah of Strengthening the Understanding of Ahli Sunnah Waljama'ah, which took place at the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers' University College, KUPU SB, 28th April morning.

Present was Yang Berhormat Pengiran Haji Isa bin Pengiran Haji Aliuddin, Member of the Legislative Council as a Member of the KUPU SB Council. The Nadwah themed 'Strengthening the Concept of Wasatiyah in Religion' featured three panelists. Organised by the Centre of Research and Understanding of Ahli Sunnah Waljama'ah KUPU SB in collaboration with the Department of Islamic Studies, Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Nadwah among others disseminated the concept of moderation in Islam, besides fostering the importance of understanding Ahli Sunnah Waljama'ah in religious, social and national life.
